We know that the more relaxed and comfortable respondents feel during a focus group or usability test the better the research will be. The London Viewing Room has been created with this in mind, offering a comfy, calm and intimate space that addresses the needs of moderators and respondents alike.

Our respondent room can comfortably fit 10 respondents. It contains the following:

  • Widescreen plasma screen
  • Projector
  • High speed internet access
  • Air conditioning
  • Craft cupboard for creative groups and workshops
  • Video streaming to enable remote viewing of your groups

From formal boardroom-style seating, to a more relaxed coffee table approach, the space is flexible to suit your needs. While the respondent room itself is spacious, it can be rearranged to create a more intimate setting ideal for any research need, from large focus groups, mini focus groups to in-depth interviews and user tests.

Our air-conditioned client room can comfortably fit 6 attendees. It contains the following:

  • Widescreen plasma screen
  • Studio quality speakers
  • High speed internet access

Adjacent to the client and respondent rooms, there is also a pleasant waiting area with seating, a coffee table, snacks and magazines, should respondents need somewhere to relax before and between groups.

Our viewing facility is situated on the ground floor and both of our rooms are fully accessible to wheelchair users. The London Viewing Room also has direct access to a private courtyard, offering a quiet space to grab some fresh air. It really is a perfect environment for those long research days where you may require multiple groups or in-depths to take place on the same day.
